Animal Crossing 3DS.com

Hi,

I only downloaded the app yesterday and played with this error. I tried googling but no luck. What I'm doing now reloads then * BAM * the error. Access my mail box? Error. Attempt to access my friend's list to accept a new friend. Error.
NOTE: My phone is an iPhone 7, up to date, always connected to wifi while I'm at home. No other games are running. 
Anyone else experiencing this error?

Please help.
