So, help me to decipher this talent. It is worded as these lasers will do splash damage. Does they now? Do I need to understand that this talent adds 40 splash shot to my heroic? But that means it is 2600 extra damage on top of my heroic which base damage is meager 792 total per target up to 9504. While of course, you will be lucky to do 5000 thousand damage per run, but this Scorched Earth means that it can focus hard on a single target and instead of meager 792, it will do additional 2600 damage. While of course, not impressive on its own, considering that players won't be affected for more than half of its time, but this ability, launched at the right time can do immense damage to the enemy team as a whole and this specific talent then adds 200 damage per second to a single target which is quite huge in making this heroic as a killing ability of heroes diving in and out of it?

Please help.
